Each reading is a custom 45–60 minute recorded video, created by me (Sydney) and delivered to your inbox. You will also receive an audio recording and a PDF of your chart. I walk you through your Type, Strategy, Authority, Profile, centers, and other key elements with intuitive, practical insight to help you live more aligned with your energy.

Due to the time, energy, and customization involved, all Human Design readings are non-refundable. If you have questions or concerns after receiving your reading, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to clarify anything that feels confusing.

Turnaround time is usually 7–10 business days from the time of purchase. You’ll receive a private video link in your inbox when your reading is ready.

Birth time is essential for an accurate Human Design chart — even a few minute difference can shift different components of your chart. If you’re unsure of your birth time, I recommend:

• Checking your birth certificate or baby book

• Asking a parent or relative who may remember

• Calling the hospital you were born at and asking for the records of your birth

• Ordering a birth time rectification session from a professional astrologer

Yes — within reason. You’re welcome to reply with a few quick questions for clarity. However, I don’t offer full second readings via email. If you'd like deeper insight after your reading, you are welcome to book a mini reading and ask a specific question or request a specific area or component of your chart to dive into.

I use the Whole Sign House system in all of my astrology-based insights. It’s the oldest form of house division and tends to offer clean, intuitive results — especially when blending with Human Design. This is also useful to note when you are listening to the podcast (Stellar Sisters Podcast).
